        Image Node

The Image node adds a static image to a dashboard. You can upload several images and choose between them, however, the widget can only display one at a time.

Adding an Image node to your workflow

        1. First, select a solution and navigate to Rayven Workflow.
        2. Select ‘Visualizations’ from the left-hand panel.
        3. Find the Image node and drag it onto the canvas.
        4. Connect the Image node to your input node.
        5. Double click on the Image node to open its configuration window.

        Configuring your Image node

        1. Give your widget a Name. Choose something simple that clearly explains its purpose. You must pick a name that has three or more characters.
        2. Next, enter a name for your image. You will use this to find and select the picture, so choose something clear and straightforward. Upload the image you want to use from your local machine. You can upload additional files using the 'Add image' button.
        3. If you don't want your image name to be displayed on the live widget, select Hide Image Name.
        4. Select the Device/Device Label Name checkbox if you want the device name or device label name to appear on the end display.
        5. Finally, you can link your image to another dashboard by selecting a dashboard from the dropdown menu.If you set this up, clicking the image on the live dashboard will take the end-user to the chosen dashboard.

        Grouping by Device Label

You need to select how data should be grouped and displayed on the widget. To group data by device label, you must first create at least one label in the Device Labels section of the Workspace. See Creating Device Labels and Configuring Nodes Using Labels for more information.

        1. Enter your chosen label under Device Label Name.
        2. Select a method for grouping the widgets on the dashboard:
          • No Grouping (widget per device): one Image widget will appear for each device.
          • Group by device label value (widget per label value): one Image widget will appear for each unique value label. For example, if the device label is ‘Color’ and the label values are
‘Green’ and ‘Gold’, the dashboard will show two widgets. One will contain data for devices labeled ‘Green’, and the other for devices labeled ‘Gold’.
          • Group by device label name (one widget): only one Image widget will be displayed. It will contain data from all devices with the selected device label.
