Visual Customization & White-Labeling
It's possible to customize the look and feel of the Rayven platform by configuring your Client Name, Dashboard URL, Manager URL, Login Page Title, Login Page Logo, Login Page Background, Header Logo, and Browser's Tab Icon.
Customizing the White-Labeled Domain
White-labeling your domain removes references to Rayven in the URL, replacing them with your custom domain (e.g., yourdomain.com). To customize your domain:
- First, you must secure a domain URL. If you own a domain and wish to white-label your solution, reach out to your Rayven Account Manager so they can configure a destination IP address.
- Create an 'a name' or 'c name' record on your server. Point your domain URL to Rayven using the destination IP address provided.
- Send your SSL certificate to your Rayven account manager. Alternatively, Rayven can set up an SSL certificate for you and send it to you for installation.
- If Rayven has configured the SSL certificate, we will email this to you as part of the setup process. You will need to create and retain access to the following email addresses:
- Once setup is complete, access Settings from the top right-hand menu. You can either configure Default Settings for all projects or set the rules for a specific project. Customizing settings for a particular project will override any existing general settings.
- For example: in Default Settings, you could configure emails to send from the domain @all_projects.com. This domain would apply to all projects. However, if you then clicked on Project Settings, selected a project, and configured emails to be sent from @my_project.com, this would override the default for this specific project.
