        Dashboard Access

Access of what data is shown in the dashboard and widgets is based on your user group and what access your user group has to which devices. This functionality is accessible in the Solution configuration interface.

The Solution configuration interface allows you incredible flexibility to slice and dice your data and create very specific data access permissions and data visualizations for different roles in your organization.

To access the dashboard, navigate to https://live.rayven.io/ and login using your email and password

Dashboards have three levels of access:

        1. Private dashboards are only accessible to you, or members of your organization if it is an organization-owned dashboard.
        2. Public dashboards can be seen by anyone who has the dashboard URL, regardless of whether that person is logged in to a Rayven Account. This is great for sharing public data, but remember that any data exposed in a public dashboard is public and is accessible by anyone. Do not make your dashboard public if it contains any private or sensitive data.
        3. Password-protected dashboards allow anyone with the URL and a global password set by you to view the dashboard. This adds some protection to your dashboard, while still making it easy to share with people who do not have Rayven Accounts.
