        Workspace Users

There are 4 types of Workspace Users, each with different permission levels. From the highest access level to the lowest, these are:

        • Account Owner,
        • SuperAdmin,
        • Admin,
        • User.

Each Rayven Account can have only one user assigned as Account Owner. There can be multiple SuperAdmins, Admins, and Users. If you are familiar with creating Rayven solutions and want to become an Account Owner, please reach out to your preferred Rayven contact.

By default, all Workspace users are SuperAdmins. SuperAdmins can create and edit Workspace Users and assign them Admin or User permissions so they can access specific solutions.

It is not mandatory to set a SuperAdmin as Account Owner. If your solutions are built and managed by the team at Rayven, you might choose to remain a Workspace SuperAdmin. You will still have access to all account solutions.

To see a list of all Workspace Users in your Rayven Account, click the menu icon in the top-right corner, then click Workspace Users. From this page, you can add a new user or edit an existing user's details, depending on your permissions level.

The lists below outline the Workspace User permissions for each level. See Section 4.3 for information on Solution Roles.

        Account Owner

You can't delete an Account Owner once made. To delete your existing Account Owner log-in credentials and assign a different Workspace User account ownership, please speak to your preferred Rayven contact.

        The Account Owner can:

        • Create, edit, and delete other Workspace users (but not their own user credentials),
        • Assign other Workspace Users SuperAdmin, Admin, or User permissions,
        • Create and delete Solutions,
        • Create, edit, and delete Solution Roles,
        • Assign Solution Roles to other Workspace users,
        • View Service Usage for all account Solutions,
        • View White Labeling options for all account Solutions,

They will be assigned as Solution Owner by default after creating a solution and can set another user as Solution Owner instead.

        SuperAdmin

        SuperAdmins can:

        • Create, edit, and delete other Workspace users (but not their own user credentials or the Account Owner),
        • Assign other Workspace Users Admin or User permissions,
        • Create and delete Solutions,
        • Create, edit and delete Solution Roles,
        • Assign Solution Roles to other Workspace users,
        • View Service Usage for all account Solutions,
        • View White Labeling options for all account Solutions.

They will be assigned as Solution Owner by default after creating a solution and can set another user as Solution Owner instead.

        Admin

        Admins can:

        • Create Workspace Users,
        • Assign other Workspace Users User permissions,
        • Create Solutions,
        • View Service Usage for Solutions they can access,
        • View White Labeling for Solutions they can access.

        They can't:

        • Delete Workspace Users,
        • Create new Solution Roles.

For any Solution they create, they will be assigned Solution Owner by default. If they are the Solution Owner, they can:

        • Delete a Solution,
        • Make someone else the Solution Owner,
        • Assign Solution Roles to other users,

If they are not the Solution Owner, an Admin can only engage with other solutions when given access by another Workspace User.

        User

        Users can:

        • Create Solutions,
        • View Service Usage for Solutions they can access,
        • View White Labeling for Solutions they can access.

        They can't:

        • Create or delete other Workspace users,
        • Create new Solution Roles.

They become Solution Owner by default for any Solution they produce. When they are the solution owner, they can assign ownership or Solution Roles to other users. When not the solution owner, they can only engage with a solution if another Workspace User provides access.
