            Configuring Node Labels

            Every visualization widget has a 'Label Configuration' section which you can use to determine data aggregation and display.

            Labels organize devices within Rayven. To configure this section, you must have at least one Device Label set up in Device Management. See Section 3.3: Device Management for more information.

            1. Under 'Device Label Name', enter at least one label.
            2. Next, choose how to group your data:
              • No Grouping (widget per device): displays one widget for each device existing within the label name(s) configured.
              • Group by Device Label Value (widget per label value): displays one widget for each unique label value existing within the label name(s) selected. Grouping a node by Device Label Value allows you to arrange widgets across different dashboards.
              • Group by Device Label (one widget): displays only one widget with aggregated data for the entire device label. Grouping by Device Label ensures the widget layout remains the same across different dashboards.
            3. Choose a function to apply to the data group. The options Rayven supports are:
              • Sum,
              • Average,
              • Maximum,
              • Minimum,
              • Accumulated,
              • Last Value Received. This option takes the last value for each device and is only available when using 'Group by Device Label Value' or 'Group by Device Label'. Choose an aggregation to apply based on the last value for every device in the specified tag:
                • Sum,
                • Average,
                • Maximum, or
                • Minimum.
            4. Enter an integer value for the calculation interval.
            5. Select the Units of Measurement for the calculation interval:
              • Seconds,
              • Minutes,
              • Hours,
              • Days,
              • Weeks (starting on Monday),
              • Weeks (starting on Sunday),
              • Months, or
              • Years. 

            Device label names and group settings determine the behavior of the 'Link to' tab within the widget. The new tab will only show devices matching the chosen label value. If there is more than one unique label value, 'Group by Device Label' will not allow dashboard drill-down.
